1 Week 2 Checklist! Stick to the Week 2 Grocery Shopping List for food this week! Liver Gallbladder flush upon rising for 7 days: see next page for direction! Take a Sweet Dreams Bath at least 3 times over this next week: 2 cups Epsom salt, 1 cup baking soda, 10 drops essential lavender oil! Drink 3 cups Magic Mineral Broth daily (soup counts!)! Take 5,000 steps daily get outside and walk! Eat lots of vegetables 6 cups daily from the Week 2 Grocery Shopping List! Read your Personal Statement every day! Do something pleasurable every day! Drink 8 oz water with ½ tsp of Himalayan sea salt upon rising every day + ½ tsp. in the rest of your daily water! Drink 8 8 oz glasses of water daily (without fluoride and chlorine)! Clear out your schedule and make time for YOU! See a breakdown checklist for the day on the next page Insulite Health, Inc
2 Daily Checklist Upon Rising! Wake up minutes before you need to leave the house.! Liver/gallbladder flush: 2 tbls organic extra virgin olive oil + 2 tbls freshly squeezed lemon juice (drink down to help flush the toxins through your bile ducts and liver into your gut to be excreted for 7 days ONLY).! 20 minutes gentle yoga, stretching, walking, meditation! Journaling (see journals below)! Lovely cup of tea (lemon, green tea, fennel, peppermint, etc)! 1/3 tsp 1,000mg Vitamin C buffered (use more if you tend toward constipation) + GlucX Breakfast! Shake (see shake recipes) or Robin s Quick Nut Granola! If no bowel movement by 10am, take 4000mg vitamin C, buffered! 2 Caps LV-GB Complex, 1 cap Probiotic Synergy, Insulite Nutrients Morning Snack Lunch! Two or more cups cooked vegetables, 3-5 ounces chicken or fish and quinoa if desired (soups, sautées, chilis, etc are all wonderful choices)! 2-4 capsules Magnesium (use 2 caps if you are having regular bowel movements, 4 if you tend towards constipation)! Lunch supplements Afternoon Snack Dinner! What toxic food/idea/behavior can I do without today? 4. How do I feel today physically? 5. What else do I notice about my emotional and spiritual state that is noteworthy? Evening 1. What worked for me today? 2. What can I improve on tomorrow? 3. What symptoms improved today? 4. What did I notice about how I am feeling? 5. 5 Sweet Dreams Bath Recipe Ingredients 2 cups Epsom salts 1 cup baking soda (aluminum free) 10 drops essential lavender oil Make the bath as hot as you can stand it right before bed. Dim the lights, light a candle, put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and relax! Directly after your bath go to bed. You should be sufficiently relaxed to nod off quickly. This bath is a critical part of the program.
