CONFERENCE OVERVIEW Program Description This symposium will provide physicians and allied health clinicians with an update on the advancements in medical and surgical management of hepatobiliary diseases. Designed For Gastroenterologists, general surgeons, oncologists, primary care physicians, technologists and registered nurses. Credit Designation The Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian designate this live educational activity for a maximum of 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This credit can apply to the CMA Certification of Continuing Medical Education. Accreditation The Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian is accredited by the Institute for the Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Course Objectives Identify and describe different types of pancreatic cystic lesions and diagnostic tests to evaluate pancreatic cysts. Describe the management algorithm for pancreatic cystic tumors. Review presentation and diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Review surgical possibilities for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
