The students shall be prvided facilities t manage cases f higher and greater cmplexity by allwing them graded respnsibility. PG lectures, Seminars, sympsia, panel discussins f suitable tpics: These will be held nce a week. Tpics f cmmn interest t fellws will be cvered in the prgram. Jurnal clubs: These will be held nce a week. Medical audit / fatality case discussins: This will dne nce in 15 days. Interdepartmental meetings will be rganized with Neurlgy, Rehabilitatin, Gastrenterlgy, etc. Departmental clinical wrk: Research. The fellw will be als invlved in varius clinical research wrk being undertaken in the department by the faculty members. Teaching experience: The fellws will participate in all aspects f teaching specially practicals, demnstratin & tutrials. During their tenure, they will be wrking under faculty members n rtatin basis as per the alltment f the teaching schedule. The lg bk will be checked by the faculty members imparting the training. Candidates will be required t prduce lg bk duly certified by the guide at the time f practical examinatin. 5.5. Develpment f attitude: It is a very imprtant aspect f management f the psychlgically handicapped children and adlescents. It wuld be the cnstant endeavr f the faculty t develp desirable attitudes in the fellws during the curse by persnal examples, interactin and grup discussin. Cnstant watch will be maintained during their wrk in the wards t ensure that this bjective is being met. Althugh there will be n frmal evaluatin f attitude, sme aspects f this dmain wuld be cvered during the frmative evaluatin fr cntinued internal assessment. 6.
