SCS ASKS FOR YOU FAIR 2017 INFO Dear SCS Family, We hope this gets you excited about the parish fair. While the ultimate goal of the fair is to raise money for our parish and school, we hope that you will begin to appreciate that the fair is also about coming together as a community. SCS ASKS FOR YOU fair will take place on Friday, October 20, Saturday, October 21 & Sunday, October 22. Many of our fair booths are dependent on your generous donations. This offers all of our families the opportunity to give either monetary donations or item donations or a combination of both. We have put a dollar value on donations needed for specific booths. It is your choice to decide in which manner you choose to participate. If you choose to donate monetarily, you can make your donation through our online web site (www.stcatherineshop.com) at any time. If you choose to send in Confetti Egg Booth items or Basket Bonanza Booth items (LSU/Saints/Pelican stuff and gift cards), please put them in a bag that is labeled with your child s name and homeroom number so proper credit can be given. While participation is strictly voluntary, please remember 100 % of our fair proceeds go directly to the school. All of the work before, during, and after the fair is done by volunteers-you! We need our entire community to take part in this worthwhile endeavor. Just a few reminders: The next Fair Dress Down Days will be Friday, October 6; Friday, October 13 and Friday, October 20. The Fair Booth Coordinator meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 19 in the Cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. We thank you in advance for your hard work and your continued support. We are looking forward to a fantastic weekend. Nicole Surcouf Fair Chair 2017 Dimps2582@gmail.com Alissa Adam Fair Co-Chair 2017 alama28@aol.com

If you would like to join this Ministry, need to reach out for someone in need, or need assistance with meals yourself, please contact Melissa Greer at mggreer13@cox.net or 504.616.6178.

Every time you shop at smile.amazon.com, you support our cause at the same time. Nothing could be simpler and there is no cost to you! Here s how it works: Go to smile.amazon.com from your computer or web browser on your mobile device. Choose St. Catherine of Siena School as your charity and they will remember your selection for all future Smile purchases. There are a few, so make sure you select the one in Metairie. We recommend adding a bookmark directly to Amazon Smile to make it even easier to return to the site and guarantee the donation. Purchases from the Amazon app do not qualify for the Smile program. https://smile.amazon.com/ch/72-0517800 Use the same account on Amazon.com and Amazon Smile. Your shopping cart, Wish List, wedding or baby registry, and other account settings will not change. The only things that change are your initial bookmark and the money that Amazon will donate to the school! Remember: We only benefit when you start at
