Technical Assistance Constant communication and outreach Cross sector coalition and partnership building Focused Intensity Accountability Duration Development of culturally appropriate and tribal specific educational materials "I didn't really know what to expect because this is my first grant I've ever worked, and, but, the flexibility and the... understanding I guess of Great Plains was just, it's phenomenal." "I think they're all awesome I just, I I love, I love the staff that works there, they're like so easy to talk to, and, it seems like, any time I have a question, they they always have an answer, they always have, you know, if they don't know then they'll find out for me. So I really like that they're pretty easy to work with. And, at first I didn't use them that much, I was kind of reluctant but then, once I started talking to them more, then they were telling me the things that they can help me with. The resources that I can use, so, I started to use them more and now I'm so happy that, they've helped me out so much.
