Employees access modules through a protected website and complete lessons at their convenience, reducing impact on workflow. The program consists of eight modules, each containing several activities. Employees receive four scheduled counseling calls over a four-week period, plus medication counseling. Medication counseling includes eight counseling calls over a 12-week period and a six-month follow-up call. They gave me a quit date. Freedom From Smoking In-Person Clinic Small group settings (up to 16 employees) offer personalized attention and peer support. This option incorporates lectures, group discussion and skills practice to address a range of learning styles. Employees meet in eight sessions over a seven-week period.
