This $30,000 2018 sponsorship covers two events and includes: Sponsorship of both the IRP Annual Meeting and the IRP/IFTA Managers and Law Enforcement Workshop. Headline placement of your company name and logo on all communications including sponsors for both events, including the relevant website page, front page of conference agenda, and premium-level sponsorship sign at registration area. EVENT DESCRIPTIONS Opening Keynote: Our Transportation Future: Building on last year s successful discussions of future trends, in 2018 the meeting will again continue the focus on the future, zeroing in on transportation issues. This keynote will kick off the meeting the morning of May 1. Michael D. Mick Ramirez IRP Volunteer of the Year Award Reception: This award, presented at the opening reception that will kick off the conference, is presented to an individual who has shown initiative, creativity and dedication as an IRP volunteer. Richard L. Rick Reeves Leadership Award Luncheon: This award is presented to an individual who exemplifies leadership within the IRP Community. The lunchtime presentation of this award is a special time for attendees to honor IRP leaders. Breakfast: Start the day with a cup of coffee, breakfast items, morning greetings and your company s name. Break: Breaks in both morning and afternoon are a chance for attendees to get energized through drinks and a snack. Board and Committee Lunch and Breakfast: The IRP Board of Directors, Peer Review Committee, and Information Technology and Data Services Committee will meet during the Annual Meeting. The sponsor will be recognized in front of this highly influential IRP group. Representatives from a meal s sponsor are welcome to attend. Board Breakfast: The Board of Directors will meet on May 3 following the IRP Annual Meeting. Representatives from the breakfast s sponsor are welcome to attend. CONDITIONS By purchasing a sponsorship, you and your sponsoring company acknowledge the following conditions: When determining logo placement for sponsors, IRP will go first by the total amount sponsored, and then by the date committed. Full payment must be received prior to receiving event benefits. Sponsorships are assigned by IRP, Inc. on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences. Sponsorship benefits will be determined by the total amount of money given. Further information about benefits and logistics will be communicated after IRP acceptance of sponsorship. Sponsorship of an IRP event shall neither entitle the sponsor to an exclusive sponsorship arrangement with respect to any service or product, nor constitute an endorsement of any service or product. Written notice of cancellation must be received no less than 30 days prior to the conference in order to receive a refund (less a $100 cancellation fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to conference date. Sponsor acknowledges that neither IRP, Inc. representatives, employees or contractors, nor the exhibit facility shall be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or injury to the Sponsor and its employees, contractors, agents, or representatives that arises out of or relates to the Annual Meeting. Company owns rights to any materials it submits to IRP for inclusion on IRP web, print or other materials.
