2 What is Leading Change? Leading Change is a Canada-wide movement for us, by us - a group of young and sustainability professionals working to accelerate action on environmental, social, and economic issues that are critical to attaining a sustainable future for Canada and the world. We bring together sustainability and innovation leaders, aged from across Canada, to build skills, form partnerships, and take action in the following areas: Climate Change Adaptation & Resilience (including GHG Reduction) Connected & Thriving Communities Entrepreneurship & Innovation Commercialization & Scalability We design our programs thoughtfully creating delegate experiences that last a lifetime by driving: Action & Initiative Collaboration & Mentorship Connection & Support Training & Development Our Mission: Accelerating youth and young professional leadership for positive environmental, social, and economic impact. Leading Change is a volunteer partnership led by Connecting Environmental Professionals (CEP) Canada, a not-for-profit network of young leaders across Canada. Strategy and advisory support is provided by the Delphi Group, a Canadian leader in strategic sustainability consulting, providing innovative solutions in climate change and corporate sustainability. The biennial Forum by Leading Change is put on in conjunction with the GLOBE Forum and Innovation Expo, where global leaders from business, government and civil society come together to manage risk and capitalize on opportunities in the clean economy.

3 The forum for emerging What is the Forum by Leading Change? Held every two years, the Forum by Leading Change brings together 150 people, aged from across Canada, to catalyze action for environmental change through a variety of activities including social labs, keynotes, collaborative workshops, open discussions, and mentoring sessions. The week launches with fun and stimulating learning activities, providing delegates the chance to meet, connect, and explore the City of Vancouver and surrounding areas through organized tours and local activities. The Leading Change Forum itself takes place Tuesday, March 13, 2018, and is followed by the GLOBE conference in Vancouver, BC for the remainder of the week. By the end of the week, the goal is for participants to feel confident, prepared, and supported to take action - whether that's planning and implementing community sustainability projects, driving partnerships for greater impact, starting or scaling intrapreneurial programs at work, or making presentations to local government.

4 Why Sponsor Leading Change 2018? Leading Change has grown into an event recognized by young Canadians across the country. We had a record number of applications in 2016 and are expecting demand that is on par or above in As a not-for-profit initiative organized primarily by volunteers, sponsor contributions help us cover the many costs associated with organizing and running a high-caliber Forum. Sponsor dollars go directly towards logistics, participant travel (from east and north), and select delegate participation at the GLOBE Conference. We bring the best and brightest young Canadians together every two years to converge, connect, and create positive, lasting impact. What you can expect by supporting Leading Change Brand Recognition Each sponsor will be thanked for their investment through brand recognition in promotional materials, the event website, the event mobile app and at various Forum activities throughout the week. Brand Participation Sponsors can also benefit by registering young leaders from their organization for the Forum and / or selecting an executive leader to participate in the Forum as a speaker or mentor. Access to a Motivated Talent Pool Leading Change delegates must apply to attend and we select the most highly engaged and motivated young people - Canada's future leaders. We collect a resume book of all attending delegates, which is available to our sponsors.

Bronze Sponsors Financial commitment: $5,000 Logo and link to company included on website and print materials distributed to participants, speakers, sponsors, and media; Sponsor profile with social links included in mobile app and through Leading Change social media channels; Logo displayed during the Forum on projector screen and poster board; Sponsor acknowledge during the Forum on projector screen and poster board; Sponsor acknowledged during the Forum opening and closing ceremonies; Register one young leader within your organization to participate in the Forum; Receive the Leading Change delegate resume file.

8 Other Sponsorship Opportunities Leading Leading Change (1 available) - $35,000 For the third time, Leading Change will design and run our own session at GLOBE. Your organization will be thanked as a sponsor throughout Leading Change, and as the sponsor of the Leading Change Include one senior leader on the Session Panel; Register three young professionals from your organization to attend Leading Change; Logo will be displayed alongside all sponsors on projector and sponsor poster board; Recognition as a sponsor of GLOBE session as per GLOBE's standards. LC Young Professional Innovation Space at the GLOBE Innovation Expo (1 available) - $20,000 For the second time, Leading Change will host the "Leading Change Young Professional Innovation Space" at the GLOBE Innovation Expo. This will be a space where young professionals, youth, students, and other delegates congregate, have a coffee or snack, meet before attending GLOBE sessions, and discuss their day. Additional young professional events may run at this space throughout GLOBE. Your organization will be named as a sponsor of the "LC YP Innovation Space" at the Innovation Expo. The Innovation Expo draws nearly 10,000 individual visitors. Opportunity to include one senior leader in a Leading Change session; Send three young professionals from your organization to attend Leading Change; Logo will be displayed alongside all sponsors on projector and sponsor poster board.
