Provide the students with sufficient theoretical background to guide them while constructing cobalt-chromium Removable Partial Dentures. 2. Provide the students with practical hand-on training on equipments and materials used in the construction of these prostheses in the proper way. 3. Provide the students with practical hand-on training on the various laboratory steps involved in the fabrication of Removable Partial Dentures 4. Stress on the importance of team work and communications with the dentist. Percentage 20% 30% 40% 10% Teaching & Learning Methods There will be a weekly lecture for 1hour, and one weekly lab for 6 hours during which a demonstration will be given for half an hour, followed by individual supervised lab sessions. The students are expected to fabricate two Removable Partial Dentures made out of Cobalt-Chromium alloy including all steps. at the end of each lab the students are assessed by dental technology supervisors.
