The reprt includes emplyees at the agency that were measured fr the requested perid. This reprt can be used t see the emplyees wh are eligible fr benefits based n the measurement perid. The reprt includes the fllwing fields: Emplyee Name emplyee s name. User ID emplyee s user ID. Emp ID emplyee s Peple First emplyee ID. Agency cde and name fr agency frm emplyee s psitin. Sub Agency cde and name fr subagency frm emplyee s psitin; valid nly fr benefit nly (BENO) entities (e.g., universities, Legislature). Start Date first day f emplyment fr emplyee in an OPS psitin. End Date last day f emplyment if emplyee is terminated; 12/31/9999 if emplyee is active. Name f EE Grup name f the emplyee grup frm emplyee s psitin. Name f EE Subgrp name f the emplyee subgrup frm emplyee s psitin. Salaried FTE blank fr emplyee s OPS psitin; emplyee s FTE fr the emplyee s salaried psitin (if applicable). Hurs (average/week) average number f hurs wrked (ttal hurs / # f weeks in measurement perid) during the measurement perid fr the OPS psitin. It will be zer if the hurs wrked during the measurement perid cannt be determined. It will be blank fr emplyee s FTE psitin. Hurs (Ttal Avg/week) average number f hurs wrked during the measurement perid fr all OPS psitins the emplyee held during the measurement perid. Manual review required. OPS eligibility culd nt be updated. Earliest Cv Start Dt earliest date (may be an early effective date) the OPS emplyee can begin cverage based n gaining benefits eligibility. Yes OPS At My Agency emplyee is eligible fr benefits in an OPS psitin at the requested agency. Yes OPS At Anther Agency emplyee is eligible fr benefits in an OPS psitin at anther agency. Filters Nt Eligible emplyee is nt eligible fr benefits. It will be blank if eligibility cannt be determined. The fllwing filters are included in the reprt. Srt Hierarchy The reprt uses the fllwing srt sequence: User ID Agency/Sub Agency Emplyment End Date descending Emplyee ID Authrizatin The fllwing security rle cdes have access t this reprt: A, H, I and, X rle cdes access t all emplyees in agency, (results will be displayed utside f the requested agency, if the emplyee is active at the requested agency and anther agency and meets the filter criteria). U and Y rle cdes access t emplyees within their assigned Org Cde range. G agencywide fr OLOs assigned t the psitin. F, N and S rle cdes access t emplyees statewide. Prcess Steps Step 1: Select Management > Reprts > Benefits Reprts. Step 2: Select OPS Measurement Perid Reprt. Step 3: Select/Enter the filter values. Step 4: Select the Run Reprt buttn. If the reprt finishes in less than three minutes, the reprt details display in a grid at the bttm f the reprt selectin screen. T view the reprt in PDF, select the View PDF buttn. T view the reprt in Excel, select the Exprt t Micrsft Excel link. The PDF reprts are frmatted fr printing, while the Excel reprts are unfrmatted s the user can wrk with the data as needed. If the reprt takes mre than three minutes, a message will indicate as such and that the reprt is available frm the My Reprts screen. Generally, the reprt can be accessed n the My Reprts screen within 15 t 20 minutes. The My Reprts screen is lcated n the Reprts menu. If there is n data available fr the reprt criteria, a message will state that there is N data fund fr selectin. If an invalid selectin criteria was entered, an errr message will say that the value is either invalid r that yu d nt have authrizatin t the data.
