Competition Brief Competition title and level Fitness Instructor/Coach Competition outline This competition comprises of 2 stages. Both stages must be participated in, in order to successfully complete the competition. Stage 1 Plan a strength based resistance session for an 18 year old new gym user. You will then introduce the gym session to the client in order for them to be able to complete the session independently. Your session should be 30 minutes long including a warm up & cool down within this timing. Stage 2 Plan and deliver a group session for mixed abilities. Including CV & muscular endurance activities i.e HIIT / Zumba / Circuits Your session should be 30 minutes long including a warm up & cool down within this timing.
