Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the leading provider of mental health and drug and alcohol services in Surrey and north east Hampshire, announced last year that on 2 nd October 2017, people who use services, staff and visitors will no longer be able to smoke tobacco products on any of its premises, including car parks and inpatient gardens.
