The government initiative to promote better sexual health for young people needs the help of educational and public sector establishments to work effectively. Increasing the availability of condoms for young people who are, or are likely to become, sexually active, can result in significant reductions in unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections/diseases.

3 HOW IT WORKS We have provided the Ministry of Defence (both the Army and RAF), plus many schools, colleges and universities with condom vending machines; achieving extremely successful results which are very popular with young people. It s simple really. The vending machines are set up to dispense packets of condoms for free (twist to vend) or for a low, nominal cost - typically 20p. As we are able to provide boxed, vending ready condoms for the extremely low price of just 20p per pack, this can operate as an almost free service to the organistation while offering a huge benefit to students. The machines themselves are built to a high quality specification and are all manufactured in the UK. They are also extremely reliable, durable and easy to use. Importantly, these vending machines require almost no training to operate; this is crucial when new faces take over and the keys must change hands. Once the vending machine is paid for, the rest pays for itself. For the low investment of just VAT per machine this can be one of the cheapest, most effective ways to improve condom access for students thanks to the nature of vending machines and this practically free model. This machine can vend a maximum of 1 product type. This machine is the bigger brother of the single column Twist 2 Vend (above), offering twice the capacity and product selection. This too is a mechanical vending machine - so once again, no batteries or associated hassle required. This machine can vend a maximum of 2 product types. Price: Delivery: VAT 10 + VAT We set the vending machines up to dispense products at your desired price(s); this means they are ready to go, straight out of the box. Typically, machines will be set to vend for free - but for areas where this may be unsuitable, a low, nominal vend price is recommended (typically 20p or 40p vend).
