2 The AETC NCRC of the AETC Program works closely with the Health Resources and Services Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau to support the work of AETC Program members and promote state-of-the-science HIV education for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees and healthcare professionals nationwide. The AETC NCRC facilitates cross-regional working groups and communication, maintains an online repository of clinical training resources, and promotes national AETC Program identity. 5 AETC NCRC goals impacting the AETC Program: (data presented is from July 1 - December 31, 2017)

3 1 Develop curricula & training materials Two new national curricula launched July 2017 Collectively, at least 7 regional AETCs and 15 AETC Program members collaborated to develop the curricula Collectively, the curricula received >19,000 page views from >14,000 users from within the AETC Program regions >1/2 of page views to the HIV/HCV Co-infection Curriculum are from returning website users, indicating a higher usage rate among visitors who have had previous exposure to the material

4 2 Collaborate with & support technical assistance (TA) work of partners AETC NCRC facilitates 6 national working groups that focus on specific clinical or programmatic topics. HIV Testing & Prevention ART Practice Transformation Community of Learning Interprofessional Education Community of Practice >100 Rural Health Committee Graduate/Health Profession Education Collaborative E-Learn Committee AETC Program members participate in at least one working group HIV/HCV Coinfection Community of Practice and Learning

5 Being on this Committee has been quite the learning experience for me. I don t think I have been on a committee which responds this fast to a situation. It is quite fulfilling. Rural Health Committee member, in response to the group's involvement in the development of a provider toolkit

6 The AETC NCRC maintains the AETC Adobe Connect contract, and facilitates TA for Adobe Connect use. The majority of AETC Program cross-regional meetings and training events are held virtually through Adobe Connect. 5/8 regional AETCs are part of the AETC Adobe Connect contract >275 >125,000 >2,000 meetings held total user meeting minutes total users

10 5 Integrate resources addressing the HIV care needs of people of color >30 active resources on the AETC NCRC website address the HIV care needs of people of color in the U.S. and its territories. Each resource points to at least one step along the HIV care continuum: Step 1: Preventing New Infections Step 2: Identifying Cases through HIV Testing & Diagnosis Step 3: Connecting People Living with HIV to Quality Care Step 4: Keeping People Living with HIV in Quality Care Step 5: Effective Drug Treatment of HIV Step 6: Treatment Success--Suppressed Viral Load

11 The AETC NCRC provides education, training, and capacity building resources for the AETC Program to support the mission to offer timely, high quality, state-of-the-science information to healthcare professionals working with existing and emerging populations affected by HIV.
