Cross-reactivity through common venom proteins (hyaluronidases) (~10% of cases) 3. 11 Surprisingly, we found that more subjects had positive specific IgE responses for napi m 1 (153/169 [91%]) than for rapi m 1 (100/175 [57%]; P <.0001).
