OIL PULLING SIMPLIFIED INSTRUCTIONS (Designed to clear out toxins, parasites, pain prescription drugs Accutane, vicodin, etc.) by Robin Churchill Mainly toxins can come out of the body sublingually, with the technique of Oil Pulling. The results of the release of various toxins, is the strengthening of the immune system and other organ systems can begin to function more fully. OIL PULLING INSTRUCTIONS: First thing in the morning, before brushing your teeth, eating or drinking, take 1 TBSP of either coconut (Purium), sesame (Omega) or sunflower oil (Omega). Put the oil in your mouth, tilt your chin up and slowly swish, suck, chomp and pull through the teeth. Do this for at minimum 10 minutes. Do not SWALLOW. Work up to minutes is better. You want the oil to become thin white foam when you finally spit it out. If itʹs still the same texture as originally, you havenʹt done it long enough. BE SURE TO SPIT INTO A CUP OR BETTER, OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND WHERE YOU DON T WANT ANYTHING TO GROW. The spit is toxic and full of hard minerals, which will clog up your plumbing. You can do this 2 more times before meals and before bedtime if you want to detox faster. Make sure you do it on an empty stomach however. Spit it out when your mouth is full and rinse your mouth out well. Brush with a natural toothpaste, Co Q10 by Vitamyr, etc. Rinse with non chlorinated water and then sip on water and mix with saliva before swallowing. Drink 1 3 glasses of room temperature, non chlorinated water, depending on your weight and height. Follow with 2 3 glasses of water. 1

NOTE: DO NOT USE REGULAR TOOTHPASTE Olive oil, organic soap (Miracle 2 Soap, Dr. Brunner s) or Vita Myr, Young Living Thieves mouthwash or natural hydrated clay Miracle 2 Neutralizer gel or liquid with peppermint oil, pink salt or Himalayan Chrystal salt are acceptable made into a liquid, to clean the teeth and tongue. A tongue scraper and wooden pick or a rubber tip pick will clear out any excess bacteria. Again REMINDERS: DO NOT SWALLOW THE OIL! It now contains parasites and bacteria! DO NOT GARGLE IN THE THROAT! It now contains parasites and bacteria! DO IT SLOWLY! Thoroughly mix in the mouth area. HOW IT WORKS: The oil pulls all mucous, bacteria and toxins from your body through your saliva. According to Ayurvedic medicine, mucous is a poison that must be removed. Note #1: Keeping the chin tilted up makes sure the oil gets to the back molars. Note #2: Raw organic coconut, olive, grape seed, sesame and sunflower oils produce favorable results. Note #3: If after meals, wait at least 4 hours before you Oil Pull. After drinking, wait 1 hour. Best to do before meals. Note #4: A worsening of symptoms is an excellent indication that the disease/ailment is being cured. Note #5: DO NOT STOP Oil Pulling if you feel aggravated symptoms or heightened side effects! Your body is healing. Below is a repeat of the information above from Dr. Karach and similar from Dr. Bruce Fife. 2

Benefits from Dr. Karach Method: Dr. Karach recommends the oils to use are: Sunflower Oil, Sesame Oil. Dr. Bruce Fife uses Coconut Oil. In the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach you take one tablespoon in the mouth but do not swallow it. The oil is slowly moved in the mouth as rinsing or swishing and Dr Karach puts it as ʹ sip, suck and pull through the teethʹ for fifteen to twenty minutes. It is thoroughly mixed with saliva. Swishing activates the enzymes and the enzymes draw toxins out of the blood. Thus, the oil must not be swallowed, for it has become toxic. As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. If the oil is still yellow, it has not been pulled long enough. It is then spit from the mouth, the oral cavity must be thoroughly rinsed and mouth must be washed thoroughly. Spit the oil outside on the ground or in a cup. The sink must be cleaned because the spittle contains harmful bacteria and toxic bodily waste. If one were to see one drop of this liquid magnified 600 times under a microscope, one would see microbes in their first stage of development. It is important to understand that during the oil pulling/swishing process oneʹs metabolism is intensified. This leads to improved health. One of the most striking results of this process is the fastening of loose teeth, the elimination of bleeding gums and the visible whitening of the teeth. The oil pulling /swishing is done best before breakfast. To accelerate the healing process, it can be repeated three times a day, but always before meals on an empty stomach. Precautions; (a) Do not swallow. The oil should be spat out. But inadvertently if you swallow there is nothing to worry. It will go out through lymphatics. Nothing is to be done. (b) If you are allergic to a particular brand of oil, change the brand of oil or oil itself to different oil. (c) Sunflower, Sesame oil and Coconut oils have been found to be equally effective in curing diseases. Other oils were not found to be as good. 3

(d) The oil pulling /swishing is done best before breakfast. To accelerate the healing process, it can be repeated three times a day, but always before meals on an empty stomach. Do not blame oil pulling by practicing with other oils. Dr. Karach said the OP improves the release of head aches, bronchitis, tooth pain, thrombosis, eczema, ulcers and diseases of stomach, intestines, heart, blood, kidney, liver, lungs and women s diseases. OP clears the causes of diseases of nerves, paralysis, and encephalitis. It prevents the growth of malignant tumors, cuts and heals them. Chronic sleeplessness is cured. REPORTED CURES WITH OIL PULLING: Mouth & Gum Disease; Stiff Joints; Allergies; Asthma; High Blood Sugar; Constipation; Migraines; Bronchitis; Eczema; Heart, Kidney, Lung Diseases; Leukemia; Arthritis; Meningitis; Insomnia; Menopause (hormonal issues); Cancer; AIDS; Chronic Infections; Varicose Veins; High Blood Pressure; Diabetes; Polio; Cracked Heels. The first sign of improvement is in the teeth they become firm and white, he says. Other healing indications: fresh, relaxed feeling on waking up, disappearing dark pouches below the eyes, anew appetite and energy, better memory and deep sleep. In modern dietetics too, dryness is discussed. For example, lack of Vitamin A (retinal) causes the outer lining of the eyeball to dry and wrinkle, and affects vision. And as any dietician would tell you, all oils contain 960 micrograms of vitamin A per 10 gm (the recommended daily allowance of vitamin A per adult is 600 micrograms). So, itʹs possible that oil gargling helps in reaching the required retinal to the eyeballs and keeps them elastic and smooth. Likewise, the Ayurvedic `purification of taste budsʹ also has its equivalent in dietetics as `antioxidantsʹ. Oxidation literally means `the putrefaction of body tissuesʹ. And oil soluble vitamins, A, C, D, and E are antioxidants that protect and prevent the decaying process and help maintain the integral 4

functioning of cell membranes. Thatʹs why; many people are ingesting vitamin E pills to stem `agingʹ (oxidation). The results of this therapy invoked astonishment and doubt concerning the contents of his report. However, after further examining the workings of the oil therapy, one has but to then test it on oneself to prove its validity and effectiveness. It is most astonishing that such results can be affected with this absolutely harmless biological healing method. This simple method makes it possible to effectively treat the most varied diseases, in some cases enabling one to avoid surgical intervention and the taking of medications that can have harmful side effects. The exciting factor of this healing method is its simplicity. It consists of swishing coldpressed vegetable oil in the mouth. The healing process is accomplished by the human organism on its own. In this way it is possible to heal cells, tissue and all organs simultaneously; the body rids itself of toxic waste without disturbing the healthy micro flora. Dr. Karach says human beings are living only half their life span. They could potentially live healthy to be 140 to 150 years old. The recommended oils to use are Sunflower Oil, Sesame Oil. The sink must be cleaned because the spittle contains harmful bacteria and toxic bodily waste. If one were to see one drop of this liquid magnified 600 times under a microscope, one would see microbes in their first stage of development. 5

One of the most striking results of this process is the fastening of loose teeth, the elimination of bleeding gums and the visible whitening of the teeth. Precautions (a) Do not swallow. The oil should be spat outside, not in the plumbing. But inadvertently if you swallow there is nothing to worry. It will go out through the lymphatic system. (b) If you are allergic to a particular brand of oil, change the brand of oil or oil itself to different oil. (c) Sunflower and Sesame oil have been found to be equally effective in curing diseases. Other oils were not found to be as good. Do not blame oil pulling by practicing with other oils. 6
