Joanna Cooper to inform nurses dietician available within the hospital. To make wards aware of where to get these drugs. to contact Joanna Cooper and Anne O Connor to put a process in place. To look again at the use of buprenorphine in primary care and contact patient team. Application to come to next ADTC. Meeting with Dr J Kerr and plan to make change beginning of October. 10.
