4 Panel Description 9/21/ Today s patients are mobile, visit multiple healthcare professionals throughout their lifetime, and sometimes have incomplete recall of their medical history. Healthcare and human service organizations can meet patients where they are at by accessing the Great Lakes Health Connect community health record, called the Virtual Integrated Patient Record (VIPR). VIPR provides patient specific, detailed record of healthcare interactions and medical history from over 200 organizations that contribute information in real time. Real-world examples from panelists will demonstrate the diversity and flexibility of VIPR.
