10 The large order portfolio The Group systematically builds a strong and diversified order portfolio, which is going to occupy the production department in the next periods. 11 Construction and assembly production dynamics in 2016 In 2016, the construction and assembly production was at the lowest level, compared to the previous years ( ). 12 Construction and assembly production dynamics in Q From January to March this year, the construction and assembly production was 3.9% higher than in the analogous period last year, when a fall of 13.3% was observed. 14 Olivia 7 the contract value: about 35,848 K PLN Another facility carried out within the area of the Olivia Business Centre complex. The office block will consist of 3 underground and 15 overground storeys. 14

15 Olivia Star the contract value: over 83,000 K PLN The first building of this height (180m) in Poland, carried out in the prefab technology. At present, the assembly on the 35 th floor is in progress. 15

16 IKEA Lublin the contract value: 13,240 K PLN Two independent investment tasks: a supermarket and a two-level parking lot. The total covered area: about 38 K sq. m 16

17 The Sompolno hall the contract value: 27,180 K PLN The construction of a production and storage hall with an administrative infrastructure. 17

18 Tollare Marina, Stockholm the contract value: 14,400 K PLN Another stage of completion of the first large project with three-layer walls and a brick elevation. 18

19 Kv Kvarnbacken Norrköping the contract value: 54,236 K PLN 3 independent housing estates built along Kvarngatan Street. 392 apartments altogether, most with a balcony or terrace. Each of the housing estates has a courtyard and an underground car park. 19
