5 Interment Services Charges will be based on the time the funeral arrives at the grave. Regular rates - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:45pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 10:45am. Special rates - Monday to Friday from 3:46pm to 4:45pm and Saturday from 10:46am to 12:00 noon. Add $ to full size interments and $75.00 for cremation interments. Overtime rates - Saturday from 12:01pm to 2:45pm. Rate is double the regular interment rate. 10 Payment and Financing Options: At-Need Interment Rights and Interment Fees 1. All At-Need Interment Rights and Interment Fees are to be paid in full before an interment can be carried out. Pre-Need Interment Rights 1. Monthly payments are permitted for pre-need Interment Rights contracts only. The payment plan is interest free, for a period of 12 or 24 months. There will be an administration fee of $ for the 12-month period or $ for the 24-month period. Payments will be divided evenly between each month, in which post-dated monthly cheques or pre-authorized payments will be required. The first monthly payment is due upon signing of the contract plus the administration fee and HST. Please note: Should a death occur before a pre-need Interment Rights contract is paid in full, the contract must be paid in full prior to an interment taking place or installation of a memorial. 2. If a pre-need Interment Rights contract is cancelled after 30 days while payments are being made, the purchaser will be refunded all monies deposited with the exception of the administration fee, the percentage placed in the care and maintenance trust fund and applicable HST. The purchaser will receive back any remaining post-dated cheques or a cancellation notice of pre-authorized payments. Memorialization 1. Memorialization in granite requires a 60% deposit upon contract signing and remaining 40% due upon installation (interest charges will apply after 30 days). 2. Memorialization in bronze requires a 50% deposit upon contract signing, and remaining balance due prior to installation. 3. Inscription orders are to be paid for in full upon contract signing. General Overdue payment will be subject to Interest charges. Any NSF payments will be subject to a fee. Where more than one purchaser signs a contract, each purchaser acknowledges they are jointly and severally liable for the total amount that becomes payable under that contract.
