2 Product Overview: ab is a skin tumor tissue array of 150 cores containing 22 cases of normal, inflammatory and benign tumors, and 53 cases of malignant tumors in duplicate, from skin, nasal cavity and ous lymphoid tissues. Case: 75 Core: 150 Format: 10 rows x 15 columns Size: 1.1mm Thickness: 4µm All the tissues were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours and processed using identical SOPs. Sections were picked onto Superfrost Plus or Startfrost Adhesive slides. There may be >5% tissue core losses for a slide. But the core retention rate should be >90%. Notes for use: Bake the slides at 60 C for 30 minutes before use. f antigen retrieval is needed, it is always a good idea to start with a protocol with weak to mild strength.
