25 CONCLUSIONS Cancer represents a major public health issue (2 out of 10 deaths, 2 nd place after cardiovascular diseases) Scarcity of data on occupational cancer Limited resources and high cost of the disease management are arguments for an involved collaboration between all stake holders Careful evaluation of workplace exposures and centralization of information Development of prevention programs 25
