She went on to attend the State University of West Georgia before deciding to pursue a career in the nursing field at Georgia Perimeter College. While attending Georgia Perimeter College, Dr. McKay was involved in an automobile accident resulting in long-term pain and problems. After a great deal of encouragement, Dr. McKay finally decided to go to a Chiropractor. Once the nerve interference that was the source of her pain was removed, the problems that had plagued her for years started to slowly disappear. A firm believer in the power of Chiropractic care, Dr. McKay decided to undertake the challenge of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. In June of 1999, Dr. McKay graduated from Life University. She elected to start her practice in the high-growth Coweta County area close to her many patients and friends. In February of 2002 she married her long time sweetheart Mark Dunckel. They have two beautiful children, Blake 6 and Shelby 4. 2 Thompson Pediatric Dr. Amanda Mahaffey, D.C. - dramanda@healthylifechiropractic.com Dr. Amanda Mahaffey was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area. She received her first chiropractic adjustment when she was a few months old, and has been under regular care ever since. Growing up, she became fascinated with the nervous system, and how the chiropractic adjustment affects that supreme system in our bodies. Her interest in neurology led her to study at Emory University while pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University graduating Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Amanda completed her internship in Zhigong China sharing her knowledge of chiropractic and a wellness lifestyle with medical personnel and government officials. After returning to the United States, Dr. Amanda settled in New Hampshire where she worked as an associate Chiropractor for the past four years. Dr Amanda recently moved back to Georgia and has joined Healthy Life Chiropractic as an Associate to Dr. Tina. She specializes in caring for children, pregnant women, athletes, and adults with neurological issues as well as educating others on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Rhonda Richards- Health Investment Advisor - hlcinsurance@healthylifechiropractic.com Rhonda Richards is a resident of Newnan, GA for most of her life. She graduated from Creekside High School in Fairburn, GA. in She married Terry Richards in November of They have two wonderful children, Krystal and Austin. Krystal is currently attending college at the State University of West Georgia and Austin is a current student at Northgate High School. Rhonda was a floral designer for 22 years at a local flower shop. Although, no longer doing this professionally, she continues her love for

3 floral designing for friends, family and church. Rhonda and her family are members at Living Proof Church in Tyrone, GA. Rhonda and her family have been under chiropractic care when she joined the team here at Healthy Life Chiropractic. Rhonda joined our HLC team as our Health Investment Advisor. Lisa Aeschliman - Patient Wellness Advocate - frontdesk@healthylifechiropractic.com Lisa Aeschliman is a resident of Sharpsburg, GA. She was born in raised in Miami, Florida. She and her husband, Troy where high school sweethearts. They married in 1984 and have three daughters ranging from age 15 to 28, and a treasured grandson. Lisa joined HLC in She is the Patient Wellness Advocate and specializes in modalities. Kassie Rodgers- Wellness Concierge - hlcappointment@healthylifechiropractic.com Kassie has resided in Newnan, GA the majority of her life. She will be marrying Josh in the end of March, and has two daughters Sherry & Kaitlynn. She is a graduate of West Georgia Technical College, and is a certified x-ray tech. Kassie is an Ambassador for the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce, and was the Ambassador of the 4th quarter for She has worked as a Chiropractic Assistant since 2011, and will greet you with a smiling face every time you come through our door. 4 Kristi has lived in Heard County for 19 years. She graduated from Heard County Comprehensive High School in Right after high school she attended Abraham Baldwin College for an early childhood education degree. After completing one year she realized that this was not the path she should be taking. In 2008, Kristi transferred to Advanced Career Training and began training as a Massage Therapist. She graduated from ACT in 2009 with a license in Massage Therapy. Kristi specializes in pregnancy, prenatal, infant, Swedish, reflexology massage. Deborah Bonner- Licensed Massage Therapist - massage@healthylifechiropractic.com Deborah Bonner is a graduate of Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy, located in Laguna Hills, CA. She is also certified by the NCTMB and holds a B.A. in Communications, from Clark Atlanta University. She decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy because of her desire to assist people in taking a natural approach to addressing pain in the body. She has been passionately serving people and making a difference in their lives through massage for 6 years, and loving every minute of it. She specializes in, but not limited to, injury rehabilitation and the relief of chronic pain patterns, through the use of the following modalities and techniques: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release. In her down time Deborah enjoys hiking, vigorous exercise (think P90x), a lover of books, writing poetry and spending quality time with family and friends. 5 Angelique Jennings is from Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Human and Health Performance. After college she decided to move to Atlanta and expand her education by enrolling in Atlanta School of Massage. Massage made her realize how important it is to have overall wellness which contains good nutrition, chiropractic, massage and exercise. Angelique specializes in Swedish (relaxation), Neuromuscular (deep tissue) therapy, Spa Therapies, Pregnancy Massage, Seated Chair Massage, and Sports Massage. I look forward to working with all of you to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I was born in Georgia and have lived here most of my life. I spent some of my childhood in Kansas where my mother, while suffering an injury due to a car accident, discovered chiropractic and adopted a wellness lifestyle that has ultimately honed my passion for promoting that in my own life, and teaching others how to take preventive measures to ensure positive health and wellbeing. 6 and true love, Kirk, October 7, We share a blended family after 7 years each of single parenthood. Not an easy task but so worth it. I am mom to Cody 18 and Chenoa 12, bonus mom to Brandi 30 and Adam 24 and bonus Mimi to Daylin 11, Asher 8 and Andrew 4. The love of two very spoiled poodles, Nicky and Sammy, completes our family. I have worked on and off as a Chiropractic Assistant since 1992 and, moonlighted as a bartender/server for the last 15 years. I have a very strong passion in music. I am a vocalist, play guitar and have thoroughly enjoyed performing all of my life. I currently serve as a vocalist with our Praise Band (Proof Positive) at Living Proof Church (Tyrone, Ga.). Throughout my journey in life I have discovered that I will never stop growing and learning. I look forward to meeting all of you and helping those which seek a healthier lifestyle.
