37 Conclusions: D.F is a significant disease among travelers Travelers can be sentinels for changing epidemiology of the disease. The attack rate is similar to Hepatitis A (without vaccine), or to Malaria in Africa without prophylaxis. There is a need to improve diagnosis (rapid test of Ag. Detection). There is an urgent need for vaccine.
