3 THE QUICK HITS Keller Williams is now home to 7,199 agents outside the United States and Canada, up 39 PERCENT from Q The 34 regions operate 173 market centers, up 28 PERCENT from Q KW agents closed 6,979 transactions in this quarter, up 47 PERCENT over Q The transactions closed account for $1.1 BILLION in sales volume, up 31 PERCENT over Q Worldwide agents took 18,990 new listings, up 42 PERCENT over Q Their listings taken volume totaled $5.6 BILLION, up 13 PERCENT over Q Growth share increased 44 PERCENT over Q with associates cashing checks worth a whopping $503,270. *All monetary amounts converted and shown in USD for reporting purposes. 4 INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION In Q3, Keller Williams expanded into 4 new regions: Belgium, Cambodia, Luxembourg, and Trinidad and Tobago. This quarter, Keller Williams added Ireland to the family. Master franchise agreements have now been awarded to 34 outside of the United States and Canada. 8 GAME-CHANGING INNOVATION KW Labs, the innovation hub of Keller Williams, conducted labs as part of ongoing research and development of technology fueled by agent insights. In Q3 2018, Keller Williams Worldwide worked with its leaders and agents to design the perfect at-a-glance dashboard for providing vital business stats. 3 LABS CONTAINING 100 ASSOCIATES FROM 21 REGIONS

9 KW FrontDoor As a result of Labs, features and functionality continue to be added to KW FrontDoor. Built in house, this cloud-based, multi-language / multicurrency transaction and reporting tool offers a 360-degree view into all levels of business. In Q2, KW Worldwide agents received access within KW FrontDoor to the fully automated Gross Commission Income (GCI) Calculator. In Q3, KW Worldwide agents continued progressing toward their production goals. Through guidance from the Ignite training course, many altered their daily habits to ensure they remained on track to success. The newly launched Ignite Tracker, housed in KW FrontDoor, enabled success to be recorded and measured.
