4 Case -() Restoration Pretreatment Sandblast Ultrasonically clean Tooth Preparation Mix PrimerA and B Apply the mixed Primer (0seconds) Air dry (- seconds) Apply Primer (0seconds) Gently air dry (- seconds) Place the restoration with the mixed Paste Wipe excess cement Light irradiate for 0 sec. along marginal lines. Maintain the prosthesis/restoration with a pressure for min. In case light irradiation is difficult to perform, apply AIR BARRIER ( minutes). In the case where the AIR BARRIER is applied, remove the AIR BARRIER

5 Case -() Tooth Preparation Mix PrimerA and B Apply the mixed Primer (0seconds) Air dry (- seconds) Apply Primer (0seconds) Gently air dry (- seconds) Apply the mixed Paste Condense amalgam Carve the amalgam and remove the excess cement 6 Light irradiate for 0 sec. along marginal lines. Maintain the prosthesis/restoration with a pressure for min. In case light irradiation is difficult to perform, apply AIR BARRIER ( minutes). In the case where the AIR BARRIER is applied, remove the AIR BARRIER

In case light irradiation is difficult to perform, apply AIR BARRIER ( minutes). In the case where the AIR BARRIER is applied, remove the AIR BARRIER When using BISTITEII DC cementing ceramic restorations, be sure to confirm whether or not the restorations are made of Alumina and/or Zirconia. DO NOT APPLY TOKUSO CERAMIC PRIMER for Alumina and/or Zirconia restorations. It will adversely affect optimum cementation of these restorations. For Alumina and/or zirconia restorations, simply roughen restoration surfaces by using a sandblaster or diamond bur before cementing. A B

8 Porcelain Repair Pretreatment Sandblast or grind with a diamond bur Ultrasonically clean (Indirect Method ) Mix CERAMIC PRIMER A and B Apply the mixed CERAMIC PRIMER (0seconds) Apply METALTITE (where metal surface is exposed) Place the restoration with the mixed Paste Wipe excess cement Light irradiate onto the entire bonded area including marginal lines for more than 0 sec. In case light irradiation is difficult to perform, apply AIR BARRIER ( minutes). In the case where the AIR BARRIER is applied, remove the AIR BARRIER This procedure is when the porcelain is not cemented on the abutment tooth. If the porcelain is on the tooth, clean the prepared surface with non-oily flour of pumice, rinse with water, dry then apply PRIMER.
