1 Welcome to Southend-on- Sea Southend is a busy seaside resort on the south coast of Essex which is popular with a wide variety of people. Less than an hour away from central London on the train, Southend is within easy reach of many popular towns and attractions in Essex. It also has it s own airport with regular flights to European ciites. The town centre has wide range of chain stores and independent retailers and regularly hosts a vintage fair. Leisure activities are plentiful our awardwinning beaches, Ride the railway to the end of the longest pleasure pier in the world, get absorbed in hands-on fun at a museum, or run free among the many parks and gardens. Ride the waves for exhilaration or admire the skill of expert windsurfers and kite surfers. Wondering where to go in Southend after dark? There are plenty of places to visit in Southend. 5 Professional support from our expert team Joining the Dental Care Group ensures your career is fully supported. We have recruited professionals who are experts in their field to ensure you are fully supported in your career. Excellent clinical support is provided directly from the Practice Manager who is supported by an Operations Business Manager. Our Head Office team work to ensure the practices are fully supported to achieve our mission. Both the Clinical Director and CEO are practising dentists who encourage peer review, observations and clinical leads, to keep dentistry at the heart and soul of the company. The Head Office team includes Finance and HR teams who support the practice managers with payments, contracts and legal compliance. We also have a dedicated Marketing Manager to drive both NHS and private new patients.

Patient Care We work as a team to support each other to ensure we provide a positive patient experience. Using SOE Exact software we are able to offer online booking to our patients.

The system also provides an efficient management of workflow ensuring we have managed the patient effectively. We monitor FTAs and white space to minimise your downtime and ensure your diary is as productive as possible. We have invested in VOIP telephony system, which enables us to record calls and monitor the service levels of our reception team. To ensure our dental care is accessible, we offer 0% finance options to our patients for private dental treatments such as implants, orthodontics and cosmetic treatment..

7 Patient Care Co-ordinator Our patient co-ordinator enables our patients to discuss in further detail the treatment you have diagnosed. Patients are much more likely to proceed with private treatment if they have an opportunity to discuss the treatment and ask questions. The patient co-ordinator will support your treatment, present the treatment plan and offer payment options. They become a direct support contact for the patient should they have any questions. This service has enabled the practice to considerably increase private revenue in recent years. The partnership between patient co-ordinator and the dentist is crucial to ensuring a smooth journey for the patient. New patients to the practice receive a free consultation with the Patient co-ordinator when considering private treatment. We show the patient photos of before and after treatment to demonstrate the quality and ability of our clinicians and their work.

A dedicated marketing manager looks after: Websites Social Media External advertising Digital advertising E-newsletters and e-shots Supports the practice with the organisation of events and promotional literature Takes the lead on the patient journey and practice branding
