14 YRBS The Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System is a school-based survey to assess the prevalence of health risk behaviors among high school students When was the last time you saw a dentist for a check-up, exam, teeth cleaning, or other dental work? 2015 In addition to the 2013 question: 1. During the past 12 months, how many times have you missed school because of problems with your teeth or mouth? 2. During the past 12 months, how many times did you go to an emergency room or urgent care center for problems with your teeth or mouth? 3. During the past 12 months, how many times have your teeth or mouth been painful or sore?

25 Title V/MCH Program FY 2013 FY 2014 Title V provided funds for perinatal dental services for eligible pregnant women during their prenatal and up to 3 months postpartum period. 27 Expanded Primary Health Care rd Legislative session approved funding for the Primary Health Care (PHC) Exceptional Item (EI) to allow DSHS to expand the current PHC program to increase primary, preventive, and screening services. FY 2014 ephc provided funds for perinatal dental services for eligible pregnant women during their prenatal and up to 3 months postpartum period. Dental services are capped at an average cost per client of $1000 per year.
