The most common cause of tooth loss among the Japanese is periodontal disease, not cavities. The problem with periodontal disease is that most of its initial stages have no obvious symptoms. Familiarize yourself with the basic information needed to prevent and treat periodontal disease. The following signs are potential advance warnings of periodontal disease!! Protecting your precious teeth Key points for controlling plaque at home Brushing is basic for preventing and treating periodontal disease. Additionally, use dental floss or an interdental brush to control plaque in areas not easily reached by toothbrush bristles. Consult a dentist immediately if you're concerned about any symptoms.
