14 COBie.Type/Component.Attribute The evaluation here will be a general review of the Attribute Names to determine if non-fm related attributes are listed. All obviously non-fm attributes will result in penalty for each non-relevant group of attributes (regardless of number of occurrences) because someone having to determine if such attributes are relevant or not and manually delete them. Some of these are automatically scrubbed by the transform engine, for a complete set that are scrubbed see COBie Responsibility Matrix A detailed assessment of attributes on will be done with the specific spaces, products, and equipment when reviewing Spaces 1E21 and A205. NOTE: COBie configuration guides must explain precisely software product assigns properties. At a minimum if either of the following two conditions exist they shall be publically documented: - Assignment of properties at top-level class objects whose properties are not relevant to different sub-types - Assignment of properties at instance objects whose common properties are duplicated for all instances

46 Time to Repair = time to fix specific data fields from summary review: - 30 seconds per data field times the number of rows that require the fix. time to fix differences in record counts between submitted files and drawings: - 5 minutes per record/worksheet with discrepancy (a complete check of drawings is required per item) time to delete non-fm related attributes: -5 minutes per irrelevant set of attributes with that name (the entire group of incorrect attributes can be deleted in bulk) time to add missing Assets: -5 minutes to add average number of missing assets in two test spaces, times the total number of assets time to add Attributes found in the drawings and not in the model: -30 seconds per average number of missing attribute in two test spaces, times the total number of spaces
