1 Schedule for Paper presentation 7 July 2018 Allotted time slot is10 minutes - 8 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for discussion. Presentations should be in either.ppt /.pptx mode. Carry your presentations in USB Flash drives. Upload the presentation before your scheduled time slots in the respective scientific halls. The college name or presenter name or other forms of identification should not be displayed. The conference registration code of presenters is used for identification. Both the presenters shall be awarded with presentation certificate. 1 Best paper shall be awarded in every session and the certificate for the same shall be given in the respective halls. It is mandatory for all presenters to remain in the hall during the entire session. Ecofriendly academic block (silent) - no amplifiers shall be used for announcements and use of mobile phones are restricted. The best presentation from every session shall be considered for the award of best convention paper presentation. Any issue pertaining to the scientific presentation shall be reported to the scientific convener in the scientific room (Demo room10) situated in the ground floor of the academic block.
