3 Body Fat (BioElectrical Impedance) Why assess body fat percentage? 1. Identify ones ideal body fat % for continued good health results are relative. 2. Excessive stored subcutaneous (under skin) fat can lead to illhealth. 3. Vital organs like the heart, blood vessels, liver, pancreas, and musculoskeletal health can be compromised with excessive body fat. 4.
