4 Non-Pharmacological avoiding caffeine, alcohol and limiting any fluid in the evening; avoiding drugs that can aggravate symptoms such as antihistamines, decongestants, pain medication, antidepressants and testosterone; double voiding to overcome incomplete bladder emptying.
