1 ISSN: Journal of Global Pharma Technology Available Online at RESEARCH ARTICLE The Effect of Complex Exercises Using the Strategy of Pressure Game to Develop the Energy Expended for the Heart and the Speed of the Skilled Performance of the Football Players Nabhan Hamid Ahmed 1, Adnan Fadous Omar 2, Fouad Hammad 3 University of Anbar /Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences /Iraq. Abstract The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the combined exercises using the play method of the pressure to develop the energy heart and the speed of the skill performance of football players. As for the sample of the research, it included the players of the club of 22 players and the Anbar Youth Club participating in the 2016 league championship Results of the study showed that there were significant differences between the results of the research in the post tests of the control group and experimental and for the benefit of the experimental group. The findings of the researchers that the exercises combined with play pressure has a positive effect on the sample research Follicular and through the conclusions were to reach the most important recommendations, including the adoption of complex exercises in the training units and in the special stage of preparation and in a high-intensity interval training and repetitive because of its role in the development of research variables. Introduction The game of football from the games that require great physical, and it is characterized by many changes in the size and level of performance skilled players during the course of the game because the player's is different depending on the situations of play different positions determined by the nature of performance as well as the level of the opposing team and these changes and variability in nature Competition is one of the most important reasons for the coach to use the methods and methods and strategies of modern training and applied in conditions similar to the atmosphere of the game and these strategies are the use of exercises ranked, which is one of the most effective tools that address many of the problems that during the performance and competition, because the nature of performance is close and similar to the actual performance during the competitions, which is one of the most important strategies on which the coach depends on the preparation of the team for the competition. The training according to these different exercises to the team and the player to act correctly and make the right decision in different positions in a timely manner and this is because the player performs these exercises according to different methods and under pressure from the opposing player on the one hand and on the other is under the influence of the requirements of the exercise. Through the experience of researchers in the field of football and watching some games of the Ramadi Club noticed there is a clear failure in the case of training and skill performance of the team when the opponent to put pressure on the team winning the ball, which led to the formation of fatigue and exhaustion of physical and mental consumption and the ability and efficiency of the team, Misbehavior during the skillful performance of the team. The strategy of playing pressure is one of the most important methods of performance that deprive the opposing team of building or gradual serialize the ball and deprive him of the preparatory ability of the back as a result of pressure on the team, which leads to forcing the team to rely on the long game, which facilitates the process of restoring the ball and make the team Commits mistakes and accelerates the process of losing the ball so it requires the player to behave properly and make the right decision and to find appropriate solutions that make him able to get out and get rid of the process of compressing the opponent correctly and here came the importance of research in finding exercises using strategy play the pressure and try to address the shortcomings that appears during performance or competition in the physical aspects of performance and skill of the research sample. Methodology The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research procedures. The Sample of Research The experimental sample was randomly selected from Ramadi football players for the season ( ) for the 22 players of the group (24) who represent (1, 91) of the total sample of the experimental sample after two players from the research sample because of injury. Post-tests of the control and experimental group were carried out after the implementation of the training curriculum.
