Attach the 3/8" X 4-1/2" HE:{ BcH(19) two 318' Wa5~r5 (23) one Sleeve (10) am one 3/8" Nylon Nul (25) lothe ICII'Iet" set ct holes in the Back SUpPJIt Frame (3) as shjwn This bch and sleeve do not attach 10 the Base Frame (2).
