The Affiliated Hospital Inner Mongolia Medical University Hohhot China Abstract Since the advent of SPECT only half quantitative analysis but with SPECT /CT image reconstruction algorithm full physical compensation technology for the emergence of attenuation and scattering photon technology have introduced similar to PET the SPECT of quantitative methods i.e. kbq cm -3. Myocardial perfusion imaging is myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction commonly used to examine the evaluation the emergence of SPECT quantitative technology making the diagnosis of myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary heart disease in the sensitivity specificity and accuracy are improved and carries on the quantitative analysis of myocardial blood flow reserve.
