With the deepening of research on the ligament of intervertebral foramen in different segments the intrinsic understanding of ligament in intervertebral foramen is also changing.the concept of ligamentous ligament in the spine is high including the transverse ligament intervertebral foramen ligament transforaminal ligament radial ligament intervertebral foramen ligament and these concepts are not uniform. At first some scholars found that lumbar intervertebral foramen ligament asymmetric distribution considered the body's abnormal tissue structure and it has a close relationship with the lumbar pain but in recent years most of the researchers have reached a consensus that the intervertebral hole ligaments belong to the normal tissue structure of the human body but when degeneration hyperplasia sclerosis etc. may cause the nerve root near the pressure causing clinical symptoms.the author through to review relevant literature intervertebral foramen area ligament of the spine the intervertebral foramen area ligament of the spine anatomy imaging and clinical significance in this paper by solving some problems to enhance the un MS LH xiaoqin1498@ 163.com
