3 COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON Mixer chairperson Duties Organize bi-annual business mixer Remind members about mixer attendance Prepare a budget, get approval from board Invite members and guests o work with marketing person to create invite to hand out and for Secure door prizes/visitor gifts Organize the mixer agenda and catering/food Line up speaker Check the bill Program Director Organizes 2 speakers per week Follows up with speakers before meeting to verify attendance Lines up subs as needed Communicates speaker schedule to website chairperson Introduces speakers to the group Social Media Expert Posts information and pics to facebook on regular basis This can be in conjunction or partnership with website chairperson Ethics Chairperson Check ethical questions that arise between members Consult on decisions where ethics input is needed Visitation Create list start of each month for members out start of month Send out reminder and pass around in meeting 3
