1 Leadership Development Maximize potential to become a confident leader and model for others in the community. NCL Experience Camelback Mountain Chapter All Ticktockers All Patronesses Our Mission is to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences. The Vision of NCL is to utilize our mother-daughter relationships and help us develop strong women leaders serving and impacting communities today and for years to come. The NCL Experience is essentially a plan throughout our six years to inspire us to live by and empower us to lead our daughters to succeed as confident, well-rounded and socially aware contributors in their communities. Membership in NCL is a privilege and carries responsibilities to ourselves, our daughters and our chapter. The first part of the NCL Experience is broken down into the general responsibilities of ourselves (Patroness) and our daughters (Ticktocker).
