5 Key findings patients and carers Want to be involved in the treatment decision-making process; Do search for health information online, particularly those with chronic conditions; Are unaware of all the resources available to them; Experience difficulties finding good quality consumer health information; Would like easier access to good quality health information; Would like to either learn to search more effectively or to have someone to search for them, or resources to help them with their searching.
