2 Research: Currently working on the evaluation of the SBIRT training program with PSU and OHSU, worked as an evaluator in the Nak-Nu-Wit and Yellowhawk Systems of Care Evaluation Team, a Community Based Participatory Research model evaluating the outcomes of the Native American adapted Systems of Care program, funded through SAMHSA. Conducted two exploratory research studies, Four Wheel War Pony and Daughters of the Drum: Decolonizing Health and Wellness with Native American Women, addressing cultural barriers in address historical trauma. Developed a community based needs assessment to implement a Community Justice Program for the City Attorney s Office in three identified Denver neighborhoods. Conducted program evaluation Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Stress and Burnout Among Employees at Human Service, Inc. Completed literature review for Integrating Substance Abuse Treatment and the Juvenile Justice System: A Practice Guide. Cross-Cultural and Cross-Systems Communication: Exceptional creative problem solving abilities, communication of values and ethics, abstract ideas and teamwork.
