7 Refund Policy 1. Patients who do not attend (DNA) for a consultation without giving notice will not be refunded for the cost of the appointment 2. IUI If cycles are abandoned before insemination, patients will be charged for the number of scans performed at 155 per scan 3. IVF A booking deposit of 600 is required to secure a slot. This is non-refundable if the cycle is cancelled for non-medical reasons. Cancellations for medical reasons before first planning appointments will be fully refunded 4. IVF If an IVF cycle is abandoned before egg collection, patients will be charged for all appointments and scans already undertaken in the treatment cycle at 155 per appointment (this will include planning visits, telephone planning, scans, and preoperative assessments) and the remaining balance will be refunded 5. IVF Cycles which are abandoned after egg collection because there are no embryos suitable to transfer will be refunded IVF - If it is not possible to undertake fresh embryo transfer after egg collection and embryo culture for medical reasons e.g. risk of ovarian hyperstimulation, the clinic may undertake to freeze and store embryos for up to one year and arrange a frozen embryo transfer cycle at no additional cost (other than the drug costs) for an FET cycle 7. FET - In the event that no embryos survive thawing or the cycle is abandoned, a refund of 350 from the cost of the treatment cycle will be made 8.
