10 Refund Policy Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary to discontinue treatment for medical reasons. Depending on the stage of treatment at cancellation, a partial refund may be due. Full details of the cancellation fees for each of the treatment packages are in the table below Cancellation fees Cancelled cycle prior to egg retrieval 1000 Cancelled cycle due to no eggs retrieved 3000 Cancelled cycle due to failed fertilization of eggs / no transfer 3300 Cancelled IUI prior to insemination 350 Cancelled FET prior to embryo transfer 500 * Plus fees for ICSI, PGS/PGD or other procedures or other procedures already completed Non-refundable deposits This is relevant for any patient that wishes to cancel treatment before they have started stimulation injections or received monitoring (blood tests or scans) by the clinic. This non-refundable deposit is to cover costs incurred by GRFC prior to the patient electing to cancel. These costs include the consent appointment, co-ordination of treatment dates, prescriptions and all administrative processes. Blood tests will be charged separately as listed. 350 Terms and conditions The above fees may be subject to increases at any given time. Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to commencement of payment.
