2 Introduction Flavonin Agro is the topic of the pre-harvest product program of CNS GmbH Flavonin Agro is a real Biostimulant according to the definition of the European Biostimulant Industry Council (EBIC) Plant biostimulants contain substance(s) and/or micro-organisms whose function when applied to plants or the rhizosphere is to stimulate natural processes to enhance/benefit nutrient uptake, nutrient efficiency, tolerance to abiotic stress, and crop quality. Flavonin Agro even goes beyond this above definition as it also effects the health of plants caused by biotic stress through induced systemic response or resistance Flavonin Agro clearly qualifies for the first 3 targets of the Bio4safe program as it leads to yield increase of up to 25% ceteris paribus

3 Introduction Clarification of some details: Ceteris paribus means that all trials and applications are made in running systems against best possible existing solutions e.g. table grapes in Brazil are treated with farmer standard program in the control and plus Flavonin Agro on top in the test segment. Same for green house tomatoes, or Mangos or many other applications. Results and experience comes from sales and functioning applications and is not just laboratory based Flavonin Agro products are on the market and sold. CNS is a young company and the products are also young not all results are backed up by institutional studies with statistical evaluation

4 Introduction Clarification of some details: Yield increase of up to 25% means to look at weight increase and sugar or starch or relative feed value increase (e.g. 10% more weight and in these 110% we find 12% more RTF means to have a total of >123%) Yield increase means that after deduction of the costs for the additional Flavonin Agro applications, a considerable additional revenue remains for the farmer in case of Mangos in Brazil it is more than 500,- USD per hectare
