2 Customs Union of Belarus, Russia & Kazakhstan (CU) January 1, Uniform Customs Tariff & several Treaties on Customs Tariff & non-tariff regulation have come in force July 7, Customs Code of CU, Treaties on non-tariff regulation, customs cost, countries of goods origin and others are presumed to take effect Decisions of International State Councils & CU Commission Belarusian legislation (matters not regulated by CU legislation)

5 Regulation of certification in CU EurAsEC Agreement оn conducting of concerted policy in the field of technical regulation, sanitary & phytosanitary measures dated January 1, 2008 (took effect on June 6, 2009) Agreement on basis of EurAsEC technical regulations harmonization dated March 3, 2005 (took effect on May 17, 2007) Agreement on circulation of products subject to compulsory conformity assessment (confirmation) on the customs territory of CU dated December 12, 2009 (took effect on July 1, 2010) Agreement on mutual recognition of accreditation of certification (conformity assessment (confirmation) agencies & test laboratories (centers), performing works on conformity assessment (confirmation) dated December 11, 2009 (took effect on July 7, 2010)
