This explains the large variety of chemical elements found in seaweed material. Moreover, they contain carbohydrates, amino acids, fats and vitamins. The active ingredients are not destroyed during the fibre manufacturing process. The active ingredients are incorporated in the porous fibre matrix. The minerals and vitamins are released from the fibre in a humid environment. The fibre is manufactured using the product and environmental friendly Lyocell technology.
