5 MEASURING INSTRUTIONS Follow contour of the leg by placing the measuring tape against the skin. Measure in centimetres. OMPREFLEX BK 1. Measure length in centimetres from the Lateral Malleolus (outer ankle bone) to lateral aspect Fibular Head, and record in the Box L1 (Regular = cm, Tall = 34-42cm). 2. Measure circumferences where indicated by the black dots, beginning with the dot 5cm above the Lateral Malleolus (outer ankle bone) and continuing to the 15, 25 and 30cm dots. Record on the corresponding lines B, B1,, D (Left/Right). OMPREBOOT Measure foot circumferences and length, and record on lines Y, A & K. Use the Sizing hart below to determine size.
