11 Measuring Landmarks Measuring for Exo is easy. Simply use the landmarks below to determine the proper size garment. Donning Instructions It is important to remove any jewelry before applying or removing your Exo garment. Avoid sticking fingernails or other sharp objects into the material as this may cause damage to the garment. Measuring for Lower Extremity Measuring for Upper Extremity Lower Extremity (Knee Highs and Thigh Highs) Step Step Thigh Upper Arm Fold the top half of your Exo garment inside out so that it is overlapping the lower half. Slide your foot inside until your heel is seated in the heel pocket or aligns with the heel seam. Gently ease the top half of your garment up your leg and smooth out any creases. Calf Ankle Floor to Bend of Knee Calf Length Floor to the Buttocks Thigh Length Elbow Wrist Wrist to Axilla Arm Length Arm Sleeve Step Fold the top half of your Exo garment inside out so that it is overlapping the lower half. Slide your hand inside and gently pull the garment up to your elbow. Step Ease the garment up your arm. Smooth out any creases.
