6 ON GOING PROJECT Collaboration of AMU with NGO Being Human- The Salman Khan Foundation. Working in Pediatric Cardiology unit of Deptt. of Pediatrics for diagnosis and referral of underprivileged pediatric cardiac patients for free cardiac surgery (expenses borne by NGO Being Human) at Fortis Gurgaon. Collaboration with Genesis foundation a Gurgaon based NGO for Cardiac surgery of underprivileged children with minimal costing. Establishment of Pediatric Cardiac Evaluation and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Unit at JNMC AMU Aligarh under RBSK, NHM Non-Recurring Cost lacs for procurement of equipments. Recurring Cost- 150 lacs/year for the salaries of personnels Total posts- 47 (including 3 post of Assistant Professors) A multicentric registry on infective endocarditis in children in collaboration with All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
