3 CO-CREATORS WITH GOD The resources you need for success is in you, and around you. But you need to identify and harness them sustainably. Otherwise they remain dormant or poorly used. Each person has inner and outer resources

4 INNER RESOURCES Attitudinal capacities that shape your emotions and conduct. Configuring our mental models or mindset. Dictating actions, reactions and dispositions.

5 OUTER RESOURCES Expertise a combination of intellectual knowledge and experience. Goodwill a stream of benefits derived from contacts, relationships, networks, and so on. Investments and inheritances. Environmental and cultural assets. Favorable initial conditions.

6 INNER vs OUTER RESOURCES Inner resources are intrinsic, while outer resources are easily measured. Inner resources are real, outer resources can be illusive. Inner resources determines the capacity to acquire and utilize the outer resources optimally.

7 AWARENESS OF INNER RESOURCES Competence, Creativity and Curiosity make you aware of your inner resources. - they determine how well you appreciate your inner strengths. - promote your interest in exploring the world. - and your capacity for mastery.

8 OPENNESS Is a flexible combination of knowledge, belief and curiosity. - having much to do with one s self-esteem. - and acceptance that there is always something new to learn.

9 OPENNESS 1 Intellectual knowledge is not as important as Openness. Openness both to ourselves and the outer world. Assess and redefine yourself as new realities emerge. Reflect on everything and keep doing so.

10 BEING OPEN Refuse to be restrained by traditions. Enjoy explorations and reject narrow social strictures Conformity to certain norms is energy-draining. Create doors and windows for looking out of mental and social confines.

11 BE CREATIVE Learn to enjoy remodeling. Start with re-arranging your office, home, bedroom, or kitchen. Make your work and play creative and complementary.

12 COMMITMENT People tend to think less of themselves with age. Self debasement causes anxiety and depression, and hastens aging. Continuing to love yourself will make you aspire.

13 LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS Get around loved ones and admirers. They are the distant drum you dance to. Your inner resources is debased if you are always yourself. As it is often said love makes the world go round

14 LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS..1 Love is willingness to yield your subjective self to others: - above and beyond the expectation of reciprocity Readiness to trust: - Trust Is the foundation on which true intimacy rest

15 LOVE AND HEALTH Incapacity for love contributes to shorter life expectancy. Talking to loved ones is the most therapeutic process in periods of crisis. Self-concern is a natural reaction to the onset of acute illness. Renewal of involvement with others is a natural sign of recovery.

16 LOCATE YOUR NATURAL RHYTHMS Do not let work and people obscure your natural rhythms. Do not let the environment determine you. It is very healthy to isolate yourself occasionally. - we all need seasons of self assessment and reflection. Regular solitary activities is very rewarding.

17 LOCATE YOUR NATURAL RHYTHMS..1 Aloneness is not the same as loneliness. We are very much with others when alone. Period of aloneness can enrich our subsequent commitment to others. Aloneness enable us to assimilate our encounters.

18 LOCATE YOUR NATURAL RHYTHMS..2 Assimilation of all experiences take place partly in sleep. - ensure that you have adequate hours of sleep But assimilation is enriched in periods of relaxed aloneness when awake. - particularly as we meditate on teachings of our spiritual leaders and mentors.

19 THE MATURING PROCESS Takes a certain amount of confidence in one s inner resources. And modesty, not self righteousness. Ability to take a one s resources and impairment into account. - this applies equally to how you see and treat others.

20 THE MATURING PROCESS..1 Know that that every person has both weaknesses and resources. And some degree of neurosis or madness exist in most seemingly well adapted people. This makes you emotionally balanced, well rounded, and well adapted.

21 THE MATURING PROCESS..2 Flaws and resources adapt to each other within the same person. One strong resources may offset or counterbalance several deficient ones. Resources and handicaps together support and sustain satisfaction.

22 THE MATURING PROCESS..3 A combination of many positive and negative attributes produce a sense of well being. Ability to conceive and deal with opposing ideas consistently is maturity.

23 MAINTAIN A SENSE OF BALANCE Human beings are complex and contradictory. Conflicting drives, anxieties, hopes, and impulses are normal. So take the conflicts and anxieties as part of day- to- day living. Allow contradictions and normalcy to interact freely.

24 MAINTAIN A SENSE OF BALANCE..1 When you do this conflicts often disappear, - because you are able to pursue a line of thought that transcends them. - Your life will be simplistic and less complex You will ultimately feel good about yourself. Simplistic people are often the happiest.

25 MAINTAIN A SENSE OF BALANCE..2 Allow yourself some breathing space. - It reminds you of your commitments. Continuity requires patience and faith in your inner capacity. Find some balance between being conservative and being innovative. Excessive innovativeness may lead to loss of the familiar and predictable.

26 MAINTAIN A SENSE OF BALANCE..3 Intrinsically innovativeness may represent gain or improvements. But expect to be temporarily distracted and unsettled when they occur. So recognize and anticipate that innovations will be disruptive. And allow for a period of self repair and emerge the stronger for it.

27 MAINTAIN A SENSE OF BALANCE..4 The conviction that life has meaning beyond our immediate welfare is the foundation for hope. Keeping thinking, and say to yourself I am getting better on all sides. Remain committed to self recovery, and periodic rediscovery. Always realize that your life has impact whether good or bad on the rest o the world.

28 CONCLUDING REMARKS Know ambiguities within your self and the world around you. Become more mature develop capacity for love and work, and tolerance for ambiguity. Pursue love it is the ultimate form of dialogue. Love has affinity to value-adding labor.

29 CONCLUDING REMARKS..1 Honesty in relationships is a principal source of strength. Aloneness connects you to you inner strengths You need more loved ones and admirers to push out the best of you. Meditate on the spiritual teachings during periods of aloneness. Find the optimal mix of your weaknesses and strength, and do same for others.

30 CONCLUDING REMARKS..2 Learn to be simplistic and accommodating. Be all rounded in commitment, creative, and curious simultaneously. These capacities will certainly take you to the top. And make you not just a wealth creator, and the wealth that humanity need.
